Office space - Room for innovation

Companies as well as research and educational institutions working in the future-oriented field of renewable energies have 7,500 m² of the most modern office space at their disposal.   
On each floor, about 1,400 m² of office space can be divided into up to four rental units. Standard features include a separate computer room and conference room for each rental unit.
The open office layout and the optimal use of daylight enables a broad diversity of workplace concepts to be implemented, such as hot desks or project workplaces in the centrally located communication zones.
